However, due the wide variety of hardware and software configurations that may be present on different devices, please note that Cyber Web and its staff cannot accept liability for:

* Loss, corruption or virus infection of customer data.
* Hardware or software damage resulting from the use of equipment or software in the Cafe
* Hardware or software damage resulting from service by Cyber Web staff.

This includes, but is not limited to:

* Damage to customer devices such as USB drives (ie, portable hard drives), iPod devices, Digital Card Readers or Cameras.
* Damage to a laptop's software configuration due to service by Cyber Web staff.
* Loss of data on a customer device such as a floppy disk, flash card, CD, USB drives; or loss of data from a customer's email server.
